Release 1.0.0

First stable release. Recap of what shipped during the v0.13 series:

  - OBJECT/SS + DV split-stream Panopto download with ffmpeg merge
  - Robust picture-in-picture screen/camera classifier (≥1/3 votes →
    screen, GPT-4o-mini vision tiebreaker for borderline cases)
  - --force-screen flag wired through pipeline_worker so the UI's
    "Video screenshots" choice always extracts frames
  - Image-source + backend dropdowns (frames vs slides; default vs
    Codex CLI vs Claude CLI) on Pipeline + Generate pages
  - Soft-fail in note_generation when materials/ is absent so users
    only need slides when they actually want them
  - Land on Dashboard after first-run install (was Settings)
  - Split README into a tight user guide; new DeveloperGuide.md
  - Sync electron/package.json with the git tag every release
