[FEATURE] Documentation for logging with comet-ml, wandb

I want to log training information using comet-ml. I'm fully aware that this is already implemented since vortex basically use pytorch-lightning as a backend. However it'd be nice to have reference page for this information

I'd be cool if the documentation also includes logging information to external libraries. To make it simple, we can refer to the original page
