v25.8.0 build failure on loong64

FYI @nodejs/platform-loong64 - the update to deps/simdjson has caused the v25.8.0 build to fail: https://unofficial-builds.nodejs.org/logs/202603031604-v25.8.0/loong64.log

I’ve tested this, and updating deps/simdjson to the latest version (4.4.0) appears to fix the build issue successfully.

The loong64 binaries for v25.9.0 are now available : https://unofficial-builds.nodejs.org/download/release/v25.9.0/
The issue has been fixed by updating deps/simdjson to 4.5.0.
