Pin Inquiry version required.

I see that you're using Inquiry with a version string of `0.x.x`. I'm releasing version `0.0.4` which does not appear to have any breaking changes, but the latest version your code would have used is `0.0.3`. Since Inquiry is pre-release, please pin your version of Inquiry to the version you know works for your code.
