Question about how to use as a DNS proxy

Can this be used to forward DoH (DNS over HTTPS) requests to a DNS server that does not have DoH support? If so, how?

Hi,

Yes that is possible, proceeding as follow:

➡ From your entrypoint, retrieve the DNS message from the POST or GET request sent to your server and pass it to the NoGlitchYo\Dealdoh\Mapper\MessageMapper::createDnsWireMessageFromMessage() to create a message that you can use later on

➡ Create a DNS Upstream by using the NoGlitchYo\Dealdoh\Factory\DnsUpstreamFactory::create(). It will create an Upstream pointing to your DNS without DoH support that you will be able to use later to send request to it

➡ Create an instance of NoGlitchYo\Dealdoh\Dns\Client\PlainDnsClient and use the query method to send this message to the upstream you created earlier
