Transaction problems with error message in Explorer

Payment of the RTM tokens from RplantPool does not arrive in my wallet at ZelCore.

When calling up the explorer, the following error message appears for the transaction:

Failed to load transaction with txid = 385da7415152e6e8ed7fec3c55d03a1978be01f45d465248a64f914e1375ac16: Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8667

It seems the issue is with the blockchain explorer itself. I have the same issue when trying to check my wallet transactions at https://explorer.raptoreum.com/
