This is not something that we currently take into consideration. I think that this could be an excellent first rust code contribution for someone what wants to get their feet wet.

I principle I think that it is very reasonable for a component like pam-ssh-agent to be opinionated about permissions and fail with a descriptive error message if the user does something potentially dangerous.
