[NUITizenGallery] PerformanceTest1: List is "bouncing" when trying to manually scroll it.

Reproduction path:

1. Launch NUITizenGallery app
2. Choose PerformanceTest1
3. Try to manually scroll the list by slide up gesture

Expected result: The list should be scrolled.

Actual result: The list "bounces" and scrolls back to the first element.
