[NUITizenGallery] Inconsistent behavior of MenuItem activation

Reproduction path:

1. Launch NUITizenGallery app
2. Choose MenuTest
3. TAP any button to show the Menu with four MenuItems in black color
4. TAP any MenuItem - it turns blue
5. TAP the same MenuItem again - it turns black again
6. TAP the same MenuItem again - it turns blue and quickly back to black again.
7. When TAPping another MenuItem it is highlighting properly - like in step 4.

Expected result: I believe that activating menu items should be consistent.
