bug: Unable to scroll when dragging items in Play Queue

Describe the bug
I am able to use the scroll wheel to scroll the Play Queue, until dragging selected items.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Play Queue which has been filled to have more items than can fit on the screen at once
2. Select and drag an item or few
3. Move your mouse
4. Attempt to scroll up or down
5. No scrolling happens until dragging is stopped

Expected behavior
Expected to be able to scroll while dragging.

Additional notes
Scrolling is possible until the mouse is moved.
