3 variants in atay1247-2 from 1 to 10

I don't know if it's relevant or not but considering the recently opened issues on different forms for animate/inanimate or male/female distinctions, I assumed this might be at least of interest.

The comment to atay1247-2 states the following:

There are three forms of cardinal numbers from 1 to 10 in Mayrinax dialect of Atayal. The first one is used in series counting, the second for counting things and the third for counting human beings.

There are no comments for each and every entry within the dataset but I was wondering if this should be handled as in #119.
