Wrong comment for kava1241-1 in languages.csv

It looks like the comment for kava1241-1 used in languages.csv is the same as for kava1241-2 which is not the case. See the source. Shall I just fix it by pasting the relevant comment?

Please keep in mind that this numeral data are based on the snapshot done at 2019-09-30. Meanwhile Eugene changed/added plenty of files. This means in this case you should go to https://github.com/numeralbank/channumerals/blob/master/raw/Kavalan.htm to see whether something was wrongly parsed. Maybe we should link the tag 'source' to the channumeral repo instead to mpi-lingweb. I'll try in coming weeks to come up with some stats to know what and how much was changed since 2019-09-30.

The updates for Numerals are still happening basically by Eugene modifying the HTML files, correct? There is no way that this can happen in a (somewhat) more structured format? I.e. preparing a simple list of changes in a table that accompanies HTML updates? The struggle versus the HTML files has been hard enough I think and I don't think that this is a solution we should be supporting indefinitely (although it was necessary to get the ball rolling).

I think at some point we simply need to make a release of channumerals and proceed with this as input for this repos. The "I'll fix things whenever I spot them / feel like it / learned something new"-model of data curation just doesn't lead to re-usable research data.
