Cannot start nuxt:  Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'nuxt')

After following the steps in the readme of this project, I got an error : 

`pnpm install @nuxtjs/html-minifier`
`['@nuxtjs/html-minifier', { log: 'once', logHtml: true }],`

`Cannot start nuxt:  Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'nuxt')`

I work with @nuxtjs+html-minifier@0.1.2
