[Bug] Knob click actions (Media keys) not working with Spotify on PCPanel Mini

Describe the bug:

When configuring the knobs on the PCPanel Mini to trigger media controls (Next Track, Previous Track, Play/Pause), pressing the knobs does not trigger any action in Spotify. Nothing happens when the knobs are clicked.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the PCPanel software.
2. Assign a knob "Single Press" action to a media control (e.g., Play/Pause, Next Track, or Previous Track).
3. Enable Spotify-aware or not, it doesn't matter
4. Open Spotify and play some music.
5. Press/click the configured knob on the PCPanel Mini.
6. Notice that the music does not pause/skip and no action is registered.

Expected behavior:

Pressing the knob should trigger the assigned media command and control Spotify accordingly (e.g., pausing the music or skipping to the next song).

Build 70 should fix this mostly (media keys should work again, application override is still work-in-progress).

I'm still changing the spotify-override to an applcation-override. It does not currently seem to work yet though.
The point of the application override is to ensure spotify is controlled when it's started. Browsers started reacting to media keys at some point and I find it very annoying when I try to pause the music, that Youtube pauses instead.
