Mono IO support and CUDA code release

1. Is Monocular IO supported now? I saw one of the older issues mentioned that Mono IO support will be added.

2. Will the CUDA code be made open-source in the future?

@sudoRicheek Just to confirm... By mono IO, do you mean mono inertial odometry? We currently don't have this mode and don't have the plan to implement it.
