Introduce CI/CD via GitHub Workflows

Introduce a GitHub workflow which runs on `push` and `pull-request` hooks, that runs phpunit test suites against WP4.x and WP5.x running on PHP7.4 and PHP8.0

Introduce another GitHub workflow which automatically pushes tagged versions to the WordPress plugin repository.
