Welcome — how to get help and suggest features

[oderajoseph95]

Welcome. This is the place to ask questions and share ideas about the Intercom Help Center Article Writer for Claude Code.

Where to go

• Questions and help: start a thread in Q&A. Check docs/TROUBLESHOOTING.md first; every IHC error code has a cause and a fix there.
• Ideas and suggestions: start a thread in Ideas. Once it is clear what should happen, it can become a feature request.
• Bugs: open a bug report. It asks for your plugin and Claude Code versions, OS, the command you ran, and the doctor output.
• Docs that are wrong or unclear: open a docs improvement.
• Security problems: report privately, never in public.
• Pull requests: branch from dev and target dev. See CONTRIBUTING.md.

Please never post your Intercom token, an API key or private article content.
