The enterprise commercial license is designed for organizations that need an unlimited-user, perpetual right to use Off Grid AI Console, including the ability to negotiate terms for private modifications, proprietary embedding or redistribution, warranty, indemnification, support, and maintenance.

The public source code is governed by the Off Grid AI Source-Available License 1.0 (see
LICENSE). It permits inspection, modification, redistribution under the same license,
and commercial self-hosting for up to 25 users across an organization and its affiliates during any
rolling 30-day period.
A separate written commercial license is required before an organization:
- exceeds 25 users,
- sells or rents access to the software,
- operates it as a hosted service for unrelated third parties,
- embeds it in a proprietary product, or
- removes Off Grid AI branding or white-labels the product.
The community license is source-available rather than OSI-approved open source. Third-party components continue to use their own licenses.
