Currently, the reconnect buttons in the user settings manager simply reinvoke the consent, but do not re-run the ConnectToGoogle/ConnectToFacebook workflows, so the GetUserInfo workflow activities aren't reinvoked.
We also need to solve the general problem of re-querying facebook occasionally for new contacts of a user.
