can't start from WindowsGSM Gui but can from the Batch file in *\Windows GSM\servers\5(SoulMask)\serverfiles

I get the error "you should launch Soulmask through the platform store" when using WGSM ui to start the server but if i go use the batch file in the server root it runs fine
