[Task] Add bbox and/or boundary to all Place objects #296

Describe the task
Currently, the "Place" hierarchy is entirely non-spatial. All zoom functions and embedded extents are derived directly from the layers that have been georeferenced, and nothing more than that.
Completion criteria
At the very least, I think all place objects should have an extent attached to them. Perhaps it would be feasible to even include the full geometries.
Additional context
The "Place" objects were created a few years ago in a one-off effort, based on a spatial-join operation run across state, county, and city data. Ultimately, I think it would be good to just redo this, but using the Place, County, and State data from the US Census Mapping files, or the derived content I've already created for other work at https://geodata.healthyregions.org.
