Obviously this code has been in production for a while now, but there has been a slow and constant shifting of the system architecture over the last year. Only one release has been tagged so far, [v0.0.0-lahmg](https://github.com/mradamcox/ohmg/releases/tag/v0.0.0-lahmg), and it mostly serves to preserve the codebase in its final state as a GeoNode-dependent extension. Since then, I've done a lot of work to restructure and streamline the app to make it a standalone utility. This milestone is to track the work that I believe should be completed before an actual, beta release can be tagged on this repository. Even after that release is tagged there will likely be changes in the API and database structure, but there are a handful of important things to decide before that tag can be made as well.
