Manager Update/Rename while Sharing

If a dat is currently being shared and the key/data changes, what should be the expected behavior? Changing key and location are the two changes that will result in unexpected behavior.

It's hard because once we add dynamic feeds it will matter less when the location changes. It will then just be a new entry in the feed. But its a good point, perhaps the old one should stop sharing

As for if the key changes, I think nothing significant would happen except the metadata would change. https://github.com/karissa/dat-manager/blob/master/index.js#L29
