Make bin-protocol compatible with browser-based Javascript

Thanks for this library - it's been very helpful in streamlining my development.

I'm building a package that I hope to make compatible with both Node.js and browsers. Are there any plans to do this? If so, it seems like feross/buffer might be a good candidate to help do so with minimal refactoring.

Unfortunately I have no plans to support browsers.
