Hide the continue reading bar inside of folders #490

- I have searched the issue tracker for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success.
Describe your suggested feature
Would like to see an option to hide the continue reading bar inside of a folder, the same way you can hide it on the start up page. Currently the continue reading bar seems to persist, even if the folder is empty and the file is no longer available.
