Add OME-Zarr to supported formats list

https://bio-formats.readthedocs.io/en/stable/supported-formats.html seems to not include OME-Zarr. Should it be included there or only after 1.0/some LTS version?

Discussed during the formats meeting today. This will need some discussion but definitely would focus on a more modern, stable version before adding.
