New hierarchy and section titles

Comparing the navigation of https://ome-model.readthedocs.io/en/latest vs https://docs.openmicroscopy.org/ome-model/latest

Overall, the new navigation in the left hand panel does a better job at exposing clear sections like The OME-TIFF format or The OMERO Pyramid.

For other sections, the current hierarchy has a few issues:

• some sections feel incorrectly named, for instance Data Model history becomes Schema version information
• in the top-level landing page, the new layout introduces a level of nesting which feels strange

In general, it looks like the underlying issue is that the first sub-section was used as the new top-level section. This worked nicely for all sections which had a legitimate landing page (OME-TIFF, OME-XML) or only contained one pages (OMERO pyramid) but creates confusion for the following sections.

A few immediate suggestions:

• drop/hide the TOC from the landing page
• use https://ome-model.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developers/model-overview.html# as the landing page for the second to last section
• rename https://ome-model.readthedocs.io/en/latest/schemas/index.html e.g. as Schemas history, Data model history
