[Lint] Add warning suggesting user switch to string import syntax

### Issue to be solved

Currently AIs almost always default to legacy import syntaxes that are not traditionally used with tooling.  We should suggest a replacement for incorrect import syntaxes where applicable in order to give context to AIs/users to correct this common error.
