Add address verification screen

We want to add a new app screen that allows the user to view and verify a specific address and public key.

This screen should behave very similarly to the "Set Slot" screen. However, rather than changing the value of a slot, it should simply display the contents to the user so that they can confirm that their device is loaded with the correct address.
