UI: Fix statistics reporting

There are a number of seemingly related issues with statistics reporting in the UI:

Since December 1st, the weekly participation trend resets to 0 daily. "Most active studies" and "Most active participants" panels show incorrect data. Daily stats still work correctly.

There are also zeros and nan-values that are clearly incorrect.

The issue with NaN is fixed in 014e161

I think we'll need to test this on their actual database to reproduce the issue and see if it's fixed with 014e161.

@nclaidiere @BmBaczkowski Here's my suggestion regarding this issue. I suspect it's fixed, but because we've not been able to reproduce or diagnose the issue, I'm not 100% sure. However, trying to trace it down will be very time-consuming, quite possibly for no reason. So I propose that we assume this is fixed, and leave it for the upcoming release. But if it resurfaces on the updated server, we properly diagnose and fix it. Does that work for both of you?

Hello! The dashboard error with 0 trials per day on weekly view only happens the first week of every month (the one mentioned at the very beginning of teh thread), the per hour count and the month vue are both fine, it's only the weekly view that doesn't show. So that problem is very specific and there is probably an error when looking for dates? Hope this helps.

Okay it wasn't clear to me that this was related to month boundaries. @BmBaczkowski Is this sufficient information for you to trace down the issue? If not, please ask @nclaidiere to clarify further.
