R055: Competitive thresholds

In Ecuador the thresholds depend on the procurement category (standardized and not standardized goods and services, works and consulting) and the procurement method. Here is the detail and in xlsx format

In the OCDs dataset there are the following open methods, using tender/procurementMethodDetails:

There is also Licitacion de Seguros, however this does not have a specific threshold. I will also ask SERCOP for the list of standardized goods and services that are available in Catalogo electrónico.
