Integrate setup_* notebooks to kingfisher-colab functions

● Here are all the functions imported from ocdskingfishercolab across this repo:

From component_environment.py (used in most notebooks):

• calculate_coverage
• download_dataframe_as_csv
• format_thousands
• render_json
• save_dataframe_to_sheet
• save_dataframe_to_spreadsheet
• set_dark_mode
• set_light_mode

From component_setup_kingfisher.py (used in Kingfisher-connected notebooks):

• list_collections
• list_source_ids
• set_search_path

Total: 12 functions across the two component files that are %run into the notebooks.
