Evidence. The alpha.2 note claims the island client entry enhances data-open-enhance forms and falls back to the native render unless open:action-failure is handled. The round-1 root cause (submit is not composed; forms live in page DSD) means the alpha.2 enhancement never fired either — harmlessly, since it degraded to native by design, but the claim should carry the same erratum as alpha.3/alpha.4. (alpha.1 needs none: no enhancement shipped.)
Fix. Append an Errata section to docs/release/v0.42.0-alpha.2.md.
