Course cards are disappearing randomly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download the latest iOS app from the App Store (2.15.4, Build 2182)
2. Sign In to your account
3. Switch to the "courses" tab
4. Scroll through the list
5. ⚡️ Some course cards disappear. I haven't identified a common root cause or similarity for the courses disappearing yet.

Expected behavior
All courses remain visible and no course card disappears
