Citation rules:

• place citation after the sentence in square brackets
• if source has a globally persistent identifier (DOI, RRID, etc) use this as hyperlink
• text of hyperlink:
  • use short citation for articles (e.g. Zehl et al. 2016)
  • use project name for xrefs (e.g. Wikipedia)
  • if cited text is adaptation of source state this (e.g. [adapted from [XXX](xxx)])
  • if cited text is drawn from source as is state this (e.g. [drawn from [XXX](xxx)])

Creation of library rules? or combine with general repo setup rules for schema modules and instance modules and other repos (for pipeline setup for example)???

• if new library is for a controlledTerm schema, place library under termninologies folder with folder name attype label in lowerCamelCase
• if new library is for new atlas or coordinate framework, ???
• if new library is for anything else placement and folder naming convention should be discussed
