What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
Version 26.422.71525 (2210)
What subscription do you have?
Pro
What platform is your computer?
Darwin 24.6.0 arm64 arm
What issue are you seeing?
The Review tab on the sidebar says "Large diff detected — showing one file at a time." But all file diffs have been collapsed, and I only have 17 modified files! Why can't the sidebar just show a list of these 17 files?
What steps can reproduce the bug?

Change 17 files, one of which is 10,000 lines of source code. The total diff will be too large, but there's no reason this should stop the review tab from showing a list of 17 files!
You can see my exact changes by checking out the commit at jthemphill/htmf#50
What is the expected behavior?
I see a list of the 17 files I changed. Since all diffs are collapsed, the fact that one of those files has many changed lines should be irrelevant.
