Add makersmakingchange projects / document dropbox self-hosting

Need to add all of @makersmakingchange projects (seen here) - the LipSync project is in there but we could do with tweaking the item content. I note they are using dropbox a lot.. I'll try and document the self-hosting by dropbox method and make some of their project item files this week.
