GPX from geoformy tool cannot be imported

A GPX file generated using the tool at https://opencaching.org.pl/geoformy/ cannot be imported via the newcache.php page. After trying to import the file, the following error appears: Uploaded GPX is not valid

This is not a bug on our side. Generated GPX is not valid against Topografix 1.1 schema:

• there can be at most one text element inside link element
• name and desc elements are allowed inside metadata, not inside gpx itself.

Thanks for the explanation.
GeoFormy is probably the only tool of this kind that users were using, so that’s why I reported the issue.
I checked and the import of this invalid GPX file worked before the changes in #2390.
I will contact the author of GeoFormy to ask if he can fix it, because we shouldn’t leave users without a tool they are used to.
I don’t know if there are any alternatives.

I think this can be safely closed as invalid on the same grounds as #2567
The problem does not lie with opencaching-pl code but rather with the app that generated the file beforehand.
