Add the category column about the Industrial designation or common name

According to the GWP PDF file from the GHG protocol, it seems that it should add the category column in the globalwarmingpotentials.csv file.

That is, the Substances controlled by the Montreal Protocol, Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), Perfluorinated compounds, Fluorinated ethers, Perfluoropolyethers and Hydrocarbons and other compounds - direct effects should be added in the category column.

And it can let people categorize these GWP values of industrial common name.

I don't think adding a common name column would cause any harm so very happy to review a PR which does so.

I'm not sure i fully understand, do you suggest to add the grouping or the common name, or both?

Categories i think are tricky, because e.g. HFCs are under the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol also covered in the Montreal Protocol category (but not in the PDF). Or at least it might not be a good category anymore.

I suggest it can only add the grouping name. You're right. This is not a good category, but I think it's necessary to add grouping name to let users/developers can identify these Industrial designations.

Maybe we can discuss that and create the appropriate categories.
