Is Library Import possible in Teak.2?

Unlike the Studio where you have "Tools" -> "Import" for importing Courses. This is seems to be currently missing in the Library.

Please is there any other way to import this Demo Library into my current setup running on teak.2. I tried the command line option (though I have concern the command did not specify the file am importing) yet it failed with error message: make: *** No rule to make target 'import'. Stop.

Libraries is due for an update in the openedx-demo-course, I'll take care of that.

But @jmakowski1123 what is your recommendation for the specific question about importing? The library in this course is a legacy library. If it isn't already in the system, then is there any way to import it?

@jswope00 we should convert this library to a new-style library, as legacy libraries are no longer supported. I'm not sure what the issue raised by @Pauldic regarding the legacy library is - maybe @ormsbee knows - but regardless convering to a new-style library will resolve issues moving forward.
