pf_hv versioning: Remove version from temp_resolution

The temp_resolution in the grid schema does need any version column. So

• change the versioning script so that no version column is created
• delete the existing version column
• create a rule in the versioning script that all new temp_id are added

solved in eTraGo. The temp_resolution is versioned which is fine.
