[FEATURE] Flexibilize charging strategies

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment, the charging strategies can only be applied to all charging processes at the same time. It should also be possible to select only individual charging parks per strategy.

Adding an option to pick individual charging parks at the following location should be enough to fix this:
