[BUG] eDisGo does not connect to oedb for 'nep2035'

**Describe the bug**
When running the edisgo_simple_example.ipynb the function edisgo.import_generators() raises a SSLError. For the scenario 'nep2035' the connection is not possible. However, when changing the scneario to 'eGon2035' or 'eGon100' the error does not occur and the connection to the database is established.
