Prez rendering of collections for ConceptSchemes

http://www.opengis.net/def/timeseries/InterpolationCode/ should show the list of members of the default collection view

i.e. it should redirect to https://defs.opengis.net/prez/catalogs/ogc-cat:datamodels/col/datamodels:timeseriesml/it1/timeseries:InterpolationCode/it2

I think the issue here is that this collection lives outside of the catalog (ie, it's not directly reachable through any of our hierarchies), so Prez displays it using the "object?uri=..." endpoint, which uses the OGC Object profile/template and not the listing one. The default OGC Object profile for some reason disables skos:member, so no members are displayed.

Options:

1. add equivalent containing collection to the Prez hierarchies, so that they can be reached as an inner level of the concept scheme (this may further complicate our hierarchy definitions, though).
2. ask the Prez team why the default OGC Object profile disables skos:member, and how to reenable it.
