issue: external link icon should be inline with text

External hyperlinks have an icon that signals the link opens in a new tab/window. In some cases however, when the link text spans more than one line, the external icon awkwardly juxtaposes on the right:

Criteria for Fix

• the icon should always be inline with the text, appearing right after the end of the last line
• this also happens on Buttons and Navigation; do an audit first before fixing

Hi @LoneRifle, I'm taking a look at this. I am able to verify and fix the external links for Footer and for Button. But I cannot verify or test fix for Nav Item or Mobile Nav Item Accordian.

How can I edit this nav bar section in a new page? cc: @adriangohjw
