Evaluate VoidZero - EcoSystem once the stack is production ready (oxfmt & oxlint)

oxlint is no full drop-in replacement for ESLint, but oxfmt should be a fully fledged Prettier replacement. We use it for Main UI.

Once VoidZero format and lint components are stable we can migrate from prettier/eslint. To consider how well the VoidZero - EcoSystem is supported/integrated in Visual Studio Code.
