U盘启动失败can not mount /dev/loop0

Describe the bug
can not mount /dev/loop0 on ubuntu-server-minimal.squashfs

To Reproduce
如果使用Windows系统制作U盘启动盘，制作软件可以用rufus（https://rufus.ie/zh/ ），而不要使用ultraiso。当然，缺点是rufus不支持制作移动硬盘的启动盘，只能制作U盘启动。
