Evaluate making workspace id/name optional

For an even better user experience, we could make workspace id/name in workspace commands in the case kdn ius launched from the project folder

So if you are you project you could run:

• kdn start
• kdn stop
• kdn rm

Yes good idea. As several workspaces can exist in the same directory, the commands need to be sure only one workspace exist before accepting an empty id/name
