Books import encoding issue #58
Description
If a file is uploaded in UTF8 when using the import function, it will throw an error stating "["Expected field 'Prefix' is not present in the upload on line 1."]". This does not happen when using regular csv. Issue occurs with Microsoft Excel + Chrome on JW 1.5.1RC4
