[enhancement] : Format admin options within books plugin Manager

books plugin enhancement requests:

1. allow EPUB Format admin option to toggle whether it will be displayed on the landing page as Read this book or not.

• it is not clear that this points to EPUB download option
• potential to just allow for editable display on the landing page, e.g. Read this book, EPUB, custom

1. after the EPUB Format is deleted, the book landing page still displays EPUB Views in the Book Metrics which may be confusing for future users.
   e.g.

   • 

2. allow for admin Format editting within the books plugin directly

• currently, to remove a Format the admin must find the associated Format under Admin -> Format to delete
• the Admin -> Format options could be improved in general to display associated Metadata in new columns alongside the Format rather than simply co-listing all Formats for all books

Views are independent of formats and are retained. They can be deleted if a user wants to remove them. This is by design.
